Mission and educational philosophy The CIIM’s mission is to serve as a centre of excellence in postgraduate management education and, continuing executive education and research in local and regional issues of international concern that strengthen the knowledge-based society. It fosters a new generation of managers, entrepreneurs and business leaders, who become catalysts, motivators and accelerators of change and innovation in business and government, in Cyprus, the region and beyond.

Financial aid is provided in the form of scholarships (based on GMAT results or sponsored by benefactors) and work placement at CIIM as research assistantship or other.
The Career Development Centre offers information and contacts with potential employers. CIIM provides a personal Academic Advisor for each student, a computer lab, WiFi internet, a library with extended hours including nights and weekends, as well as an electronic library with worldwide access.
The International Student Centre, supports and helps international students with any concern they may have, from the moment they arrive in Cyprus and until they graduate from CIIM. The International Office offers assistance in acquiring a student permit, transport from and to the airport, assistance in finding accommodation and opening a bank account, acquiring medical insurance and for any other matter an international student might have.
Social activities and entertainment are carried out through a range of special interest student Clubs and Societies, such as for sports, dance, singing, wine-tasting, and through field trips and parties.
