Programs Offered through the method of validation or franchise, by the Private Institutions of Tertiary Education The attached table indicates the courses that are offered through the method of validation or franchise by the Private Institutions of Tertiary Education. The programs are accredited by the Ministry of Education and Culture (MOEC). The Private Institutions of Tertiary Education submitted to the MOEC all documents required by the competent law. The students registered in the above programs of study, are entitled to the students state subsidy provided they meet the criteria by the Ministry of Finance.
