National Survey CYStudents | European Survey EUROSTUDENT
The national survey “CYStudents” is conducted by the Department of Higher Education in the context of the European Survey “EUROSTUDENT”. The EUROSTUDENT survey is carried out every three years and aims to collect high-quality, comparable data across European countries regarding students’ study experiences, mobility, financial situation, and living conditions in Higher Education. To date, eight cycles of data collection have been conducted. Cyprus will participate for the first time in the ninth cycle of the EUROSTUDENT survey (Eurostudent 9).Cyprus’ participation in Eurostudent surveys aims to provide useful information for the development of evidence-based policies addressing the social dimension of Higher Education, with a view to improving educational practices as well as the study and living conditions of students in Higher Education Institutions in Cyprus.
